They were prompt and invited me to take their "Wingfinder" test - personality questions, situational questions, and a logic test. They give you three days to take the test. You can start it and come back to it if need be.

The logic test was timed! Or rather, there was no time limit, but the ticking clock made me nervous.

I made an online application. About a week later I got a reply which invited me to complete two online assessments; one included general psychological questions, so that the company can get to know the way your work and your mentality, and the second once consisted of numerical and reasoning questions. They give you 7 days to complete this step. After that I had to participate in video interview. The questions were typed and you had 30 second to prepare your answer. All applicants have to answer the same questions. The questions are question you would expect in a job interview.
