Interview
First interview with the talent acqusition team. They do CV screening. From second interview onwards competency (behavioral) based interview structure. Past experiences and approaches are questioned. Some experienced interviewers make it as a dialogue, which is a very positive experience. Some stick on their own questions such as "Why HR?" or "What is your passion?" which is not professional and scientific.

Question 1
As they are competency based questions, it depends on the role and the identified questions. You can expect questions such as, "Tell me a time when you had to create or develop a solution to a business challenge. What was it? How did you approach it? What was the result?" As each role is different, competencies and questions would be also different.
