Lengthy but enjoyable interview process because Red Hat looks for the right fit with the team in addition to qualifications. I interviewed 5 times and with a total of 7-8 people.
Historically, the process is lengthy to ensure that they get the best fit for the role but also for the team. So, first you talk to the recruiter, then the hiring manager then various other members of the team - sometimes in a group interview.

They ask fairly standard questions concerning the type of contract work you have done and decisions you might make in a negotiation.

Interview
The interview process was lengthy but beneficial. I was able to meet many members of the team I would be joining as well as members of the larger legal group. Everyone was very nice and professional.
