Red Hat Senior Container Infrastructure Consultant interview questions

step 1, got called by a recruiter for 10 mins quick screening. Step 2, online test. Step 3, a one-hour telephone tech interview with a tech guy Step 4, nothing happened. I followed up 2 weeks after step 3, but no response at all. Finally, in the portal dashboard, I saw "no longer under consideration". The tech guy was kind and the conversation went pretty well. However, HR didn't communicate well and didn't even respond to my follow-up email. Whether a good fit or not, at least candidates deserve an email reply.
