Red Hat Senior Partner Manager interview questions

After sending a CV for the position, I was approached by a talent manager for a first interview. Feedback was positive at first and the position was extremely interesting for me, so it was a great delusion to learn later that, no, they weren't interested to do a second (and still HR) interview after all... I mean, of course it's part of the game, but they could be a little bit more cautious when giving feedback to candidates...
