The interview process for me actually started with four other people interviewing with me. Together, with two HR people, we watched a 20 minute video about the company. Afterwards, we split up into individual interviews. In the interview, went over the script the email in advance. The interviewer will mention an area of improvement for you and how to improve. You're expected to use their advice in your second run through of the script. It is my understanding that as long as you make an attempt to do what the recommended, you get the job.
