Over the phone conversation, then if they liked the conversation they will set up a day to meet in person. You will be sent information about what you could say on a phone call, and they will give you an example product for you to pretend to sell to them at the in-person interview. At the face-to-face interview they will talk to you in the beginning. Afterwords they will turn around and you will try to sell them the product that they sent you information on. After the face-to-face interview, they usually give you a call within a few days to let you know if you have the position or not.
