i applied online & the process, overall, was pretty easy for the most part. with any job, i think it is really just all of the waiting around to hear back can be hard to do. but, for the most part, everything regarding the actual hiring process was fairly easy. apply online, do phone screening w/ recruiter & invitation to an in-person interview after phone screening. the entire process only took about one (1) week or so. pretty generic stuff. a lot of "soooo..tell me about.." & blah blah blah.
The two ladies that interviewed me were full of great advice on the job and very insightful about what the job entails. Looking forward to beginning my sales career here!

Open zoom meeting room for interviews. Two quick rounds of interviews. We went over call scripts and got some feedback. Overall a very easy interviewing process. I was given an offer and now have to submit to a background check and drug screen

The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
