Interview
Recieved an email stating that Red Ventures wanted to do a phone interview. Phone interview went great asked basic question about work history and sale experience. Then I was invited to the Fort Mill Campus for a face to face interview. The interview was a group interview. First part was a video that went over Red Ventures history and what they do. Be prepared for a Mock Call. Very intensed, but overall a great experience.
Just do your research and you will be fine. They want to see that you follow directions well.
The two ladies that interviewed me were full of great advice on the job and very insightful about what the job entails. Looking forward to beginning my sales career here!

Open zoom meeting room for interviews. Two quick rounds of interviews. We went over call scripts and got some feedback. Overall a very easy interviewing process. I was given an offer and now have to submit to a background check and drug screen

questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
