I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Fort Mill, SC) in Sep 2019
Interview
I applied and got reached out by a recruiter the next day to schedule a phone interview. After the interview, I received a take-home coding project to complete within 10 days. A few days after, I got a follow-up and was invited to interview with them on-site at their HQ. The on-site began with a tour of their offices, and then I had four separate interviews lasting 45 minutes each. The first was a behavioral interview with one of their engineers. The second was with two engineers with whom I did a walk-through of a hypothetical database (related to the take-home project) and I had to resolve customer complaints by pointing out the error in the database. The third was a code walk-through of my technical project. The final interview was another behavioral interview with a manager. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. Everyone on-site was really nice and it was great getting to meet and talk to them. You can tell people at the company believe in its core values and practice them. I ultimately declined the offer because the salary was unfortunately less competitive than my other offers.

Interview
I completed a coding project by myself for the first part; then there was a recruiter call, followed by an interview that lasted around 4 hours. During the interview, I met with various team members and had my project reviewed.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Detroit, MI) in Nov 2021
Interview
The interviewer was very nice, he asked some very detailed questions and had great responses to the questions I asked him. It was a phone interview, the connection at first was not great, I was dropped from the call twice but he made sure he was able to get my interview done regardless of the connection issues. He asked me some questions and then asked me if I had any questions for him and the interview was over.
