Superday-esque. Straightforward and offered some insight into what expectations are at the company. Nice campus tour and good interactions with different types of roles at the company. Couple of analytical interviews and 1 larger case interview with other interviewees

Interview
Applied online after my universities career fair. Very simple and straightforward first HR interview, followed by a case interview with some simple mental math and analysis. Final round was a superday at the headquarters, with a tour followed by three 30 min interviews and one long group interview with Excel

Interview
I applied through my university portal. I was contacted a few weeks later asking to choose a time for an initial call. We had a very brief call with some behavioral questions. I was informed soon after that they wanted to do another call, this time a case interview. The case interview consisted of a sales funnel, running percentage questions down a funnel and asking why I thought certain things could be the way they are. For example, how would signups for a phone plan differ over the internet than over the phone?
After that, I was invited to a final interview in Charlotte on campus. They began with a tour of the campus, and eventually I had three back-to-back interviews. Two were brief cases similar to the ones I did before with behavioral sprinkled throughout. One was more a discussion about how I would run my own business considering different factors. Finally, there was an excel case, where we were given numbers in excel and had to fill in profits/figures and create simple equations. We then had to discuss our findings.
I was contacted a few days later with an offer. Overall, it was a relatively easy interview process, and they took good care of the people they interviewed. It's a very cool, young company and everyone who interviewed seemed to really enjoy their jobs.
