First one is a phone screening
Second one ia 30 min case and 30 min behavioral interview
Third one is a 5 hours superday, 3 individual cases (1 is behavioral) and one group excel case
Fourth one is an executive behavioral interview

Interview
The first interview is general questions about yourself and basis of the company as a whole. The second interview is with a person currently working in your position. They ask mental math of percentages and questions about the case study they send you prior to the interview (leads, how could they improve performance based on the numbers, what you think about the problem at hand). If you don't know mental math literally just give up. They won’t give it to you without knowing it when they haven’t realized that calculators exist so there’s no need for mental math.

Interview
Went through 3 Rounds. 1st Rd with Recruiter to discuss culture and learn a little more about me. 2nd Rd 1 hour interview with 2 people and a case study.
Was given material a few days before. 3rd. Rd, 5 hour interview. 4 Case studies. 1 was a group case study. Material sent 45 min before the interview started.
Got all the answers right. WARNING- THINK TWICE before apply with this company. A candidate will invest hours into this process but RV does not have the decency to give feedback to college students. They expect you to invest in the process and they do not have the culture responsibility to help young folks better themselves with feedback. You will invest at least 8 hours plus if you get through all 3 rounds and they will not invest one on feedback.
