3 week process - screening with recruiter then screening with hiring manager. 2.5 hr behavioral panel interview split into two days - 30 mins for 4 people on the team. Final 15 min interview with team VP.

“Tell me about a time you received negative feedback or made a mistake - what did you do?”
“What can you bring to the team?”
“Have you ever had difficulty coaching or working with someone? What did you do?”

Company made me go through a long, drawn-out interview process. Interviewers did not pay attention during interviews. Was told there's no growth potential. I was told the team was so excited for me to keep interviewing and then was declined a offer due to the fact that I wanted career path goals.
