The interview started with a phone screening. Once I passed that, I went on to a Zoom interview. Afterwards I was invited to do an in-person interview with 3 separate people

Interview
Process was interesting. Interviewed with HR. Then technical review. After technical interview, was asked to come to the site in Atlanta for a face to face interview with about 4-5 people and a tour that lasted approximately 2-3 hours.
The Atlanta site was like a jungle. So much unprofessionalism and was very ghetto and loud and during the tour I just laughed to myself the whole time. You can’t be serious.
If I was even given an offer I would’ve declined it quickly because I definitely wouldn’t have fit in this environment. My professionalism would have stood out which is a good thing but not worth my time. Please do some cleaning.
