I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Red Ventures
Interview
Multiple times this woman called during times I was not scheduled for the phone interview. I applied through an employee referral and had said employee help me figure out what to do next. I ended up emailing her boss and receiving a call immediately in which she was very rude and blazed through the questions. She ended the call with "have a nice day" nothing about when I would be contacted next. Literally the most unprofessional interview I've ever had. Even if offered the position I don't know if I'd take it at this point.
The two ladies that interviewed me were full of great advice on the job and very insightful about what the job entails. Looking forward to beginning my sales career here!

Question 1
How have you handled miscommunication between you and management in the past?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
