It was a few phone interviews with one long super day that consisted of 3 behavioral interviews and an Excel case. Talked with a variety of levels of management as well as a senior leader.

Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews. The first few were phone interviews, and the last one was a 5 hour long Zoom call (5 or 6 different 1:1 interviews starting with behavioral and then ending with a case study), which tested your mental & social stamina more than anything.

For the behavioral section, I was asked about the benefits and drawbacks between owning a small share of a large company, or owning a large share of a small company.
