Biggest thing is the take home case - just go above and beyond with additional insights and be sure to tie them together into a business case that has a logical thought path.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Raleigh, NC) in Feb 2024
Interview
I applied online, the application process requires resume and answering of a couple different questions regarding your intentions with being hired by the company. from there i had a short phone behavioral interview which went pretty well, the recruiter was very kind and helpful. following this was a mock case interview in which we received a large data set and problem about business needs for a faux company and were told to develop visuals and possible solutions to the problem. the window for this case interview is 24 hours but most candidates complete the process within 3-4. i had different classes during the interview times so i ended up taking longer than the typical time, being around 7 hours. i’m unsure if this is what lead to my rejection but i would aim for 3-4 hours if i were to do it again!

Interview
I received a phone call requesting to schedule a time for a phone interview. A few days later the phone interview was conducted and I was asked various behavioral questions and for the reasoning behind my college choice and major, etc. The phone interview lasted about an hour. Next I was given some quantitative problems to solve. I was sent an email with instructions and had thirty minutes to complete them in a spreadsheet and send a reply email with the spreadsheet attached.

Question 1
The quantitative questions were not particularly difficult, but I thought it was a lot to get through in only 30 minutes.
