Red Ventures interview questions

Phone interview, followed by on-site interview with 3 different people for a few hours. They ask you the three different phases of a sale and your opinion on which is the most important. Then they ask you to sell them a random item "off the cuff". Then you'll listen in on some of the sales in progress to make sure it is a job you'd like to do full time.

From the time i look into their website i wanted to work for this company, it fits my personality. I apply online the next day i received a call for interview the following day i was schedule a face to face interview , then a few days later i receive a call for two more phone interviews of an hour each, very intense & needed to be prepare, a week later i was invited to go to corporate office for 8 face to face interviews in 4.5 hour period, all situational questions.Everyone their was very nice and make you feel like family with relax work atmosphere. Because of my experience i did not feel intense, but i did prepare my self for a few weeks on all possible questions and situations and because of the amount of experience and skills i had in previous job i knew i fit the job description. I suggest everyone that applies for new positions in this company take it serious and prepare yourself because they only take the best !!!!.
