      Chief of Staff Interview

      Mar 30, 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Reddit in Mar 2021

      Interview

Was among the smoothest interview processes I've been in. The team was transparent throughout, both on timeline and status. They shared feedback regularly so was rarely in doubt. On most dimensions, they set expectations early and adjusted to feedback and changes. The panel felt honest and gave me enough time to "interview" the company as well. Overall, was fast as well (probably 8 weeks E2E)

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Case-interview type open problem solving + probing on past experiences (e.g., cross-functional efforts I've led, situations I've been in) + how I'd approach certain specific contexts and problems
