Reflex Media interview questions

The interview process was very straightforward and fast. I was in contact with the recruiter shortly after applying online and the recruiter then guided me through the process from the initial phone screen to the skills test and group/panel interview.

I looked at the products offered by reflex media and thought that they seemed interesting enough and in a state where I could bring in some very good expertise in Product Management. Phone interview followed by a test. The phone interview was very easy and generic and the test was about how would I go about adding a feature to one of their own product. - I completed it and sent it in 2 days time - It took 4 emails to get an acknowledgement that they will get back to me - Then they decided to ghost away. Even repeated emails never got me back. I feel that they give out real things that they want to improve upon to candidates and use that work in their products. If you are asked to do an exercise as well, insist on working on a product that is not theirs.
