To be honest, there was no option for no interview so I had to do select interviewed. For me, all I did was submit an application, called back 5 days later, and I just got hired over the phone with no interview at all! I was surprised that I got hired like that, but now that I think about it, it just shows that the company really has really low standards for hiring employees.

Extremely straightfoward questions (e.g. describe a time when you were in high-stress situations -- how did you react?, what relevant experience do you have, if a coworker stole something -- what would you do?, etc.)
Just asked me basic questions. Like questions about me and what I would do if I saw someone stealing from the company. And asked me for some references from friends and family friends
