I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Regal
Interview
The interview was very easy, one on one at a table next to concessions. It was classic questions like strengths/weaknesses, why do you want to work here, etc. The most difficult part was contacting three references and having them fill out specific reference sheets I was given at the interview; not difficult because I didn't have references, just an additional hassle meeting up with references to exchange paperwork.

Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
