One interview with general manager, asked about past work experience, dealing with difficult customers, the usual interview questions. They required a character reference from someone like a teacher, professor, or coach. They called my references (previous work experience) and told me I was hired about a week after my interview.

pretty smooth, they ask you basic questions on how i would do things in a fast-paced environment and how it makes me feel when helping a customer and how i would give them good service
It was a good interview process and I appreciated the managers approach to the interview. I enjoyed the tour of the facilities. I enjoyed working there, and liked the people that I worked with. Everyone was really nice.

Scheduled the interview over the phone for a couple days out. Came in, got taken to the back for about 15 minutes, and told they'd call mr back in the next couple days.
