Laid back. Discussed pay and when to start. Hardest part was getting the interview. Pay was minimum wage. They made sure I was illegible to work in the USA. Took the interview in their party room in the back next to theater enterances.

Why do you want to work at Regal Entertainment Group?
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.

Went it and was asked if I could handle stress and thousands of people coming in . The way we dress and pericing and how work is handlers with day and night shift
