I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Regal in Jan 2015
Interview
Quick one-on-one interview. Asked me a few scenario questions, my availability, and what my favorite movie was. It went by fairly fast (around eight to ten minutes) and I was in an out in a flash. They gave me a packet to read beforehand that listed their dress code, which they ended up asking me to recite back to them.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
