Strengths/ weaknesses, upstream and downstream process
1 hour, 2 half hour sessions online. Very few tech questions, mostly HR. 4 different reviewer, two HR and two process managers. The questions were fair and typical. Given plenty of time to answer and they provided feedback after.
Laidback and smooth. Everyone I interviewed with seemed very genuine and happy to be working with the company. I was interviewed by two recruiters over the phone that took a little less than one hr and one virtual interview that was over an hour.
