Interview
There are several round. The first round is on-demand video record interview via webcam. The questions are basic behavior questions, not hard. Then, there is phone call interview from recruiter.

Super easy - had a hirevue and then spoke with a manager before receiving an offer. Asked basic questions like a time when I learned something new, my manager was super conversational as well

Interview
There were two panellists from the department I was interviewing for. The interview lasted 30 minutes. Mostly behavioural based questions. Some questions involved ranking my values. I received their decision two days after the interview.
had a video interview, HR interview then interview with the scientist i worked with, pretty casual and conversational. generally talked about research interests in their team and then how my experience aligned with that.
