It took me a total of "4.5 MONTHS" from the submission of application to result. They arranged my trip well. The interview questions were not too hard. They were either behavioral or about my past relevant experience. I wish I had opportunities to show how much I know about the company because I did extensive research. However, some interviewers' reactions were very cold, especially my interviewers in the first round. Their faces looked very stoned and exhausted even if it was just the beginning of the day, they were very monotone as well. Their reactions shook my confidence for the rest of my interview rounds (5 rounds in total). After the interview, they didn't even update the application status on my portal even if they already had declined me. I had to wait anxiously for half a month and emailed them myself to find out the result. I found them disrespectful to my feelings and time.
There is something that really confuses me. It happened to my other interviews with other pharmaceutical companies. I have a high degree directly related to pharmaceuticals, but the companies ended up hiring those with irrelevant bachelor's degrees like Animal Behaviors and Sociology. I really don't understand, and they never provided me any honest constructive feedback. I guess business world is just this realistic. They never care to use any more minutes on those whom they decline.
