I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Regions Financial in Feb 2016
Interview
I applied and was contacted for a phone interview about a month later. The phone interview was a pretty straightforward review of my resume, description of the position, leadership experience, etc. About a week later, I was asked in for an interview day at Regions, where I participated in three separate interviews with various interviewers from various departments. Each interview was slightly different and more in depth than the phone interview.
