Found my resume through my department. One initial phone call by managing director which covered the position and a few questions about my background. After a few days, it was followed by a second interview by same managing director and another md at the university.

First round is very informal. Basically, the ball is put in your court as to what you want to know about the position. They are trying to see what you know about them and the position in general
