I only got to the first step in the process but was immediately denied when asked my desired compensation. No negotiation or salary range given even though my offer was close to the going rate for the area. Would have been nice to at least hear what they could offer before being denied.

Came to my university to interview. Very basic, behavioral and work experience questions. A couple of situational management questions. Asked about sales experience, financial experience, and current job duties. Just be prepared to explain your resume in detail. They responded well when I brought up some of acquisitions they have executed.
