The products they want their employees to sell may not benefit the customer, but help their metrics, which is what they seem to be concerned about. Nice people, but I think they're overly focused on sales of new products.

Real life scenarios that involve customer service, financial sales process, and financial wellbeing. Asking questions to understand how you would handle different situations. Some of the questions revolve around strengths and weaknesses.
