Went through two face to face interviews. First person was pumped in the interview. Second person was laid back. They both mentioned most people that are "go-getters" are successful in this job role. They did a background check. I later brought on another employee in North Carolina all the way from Houston. Her process was the same. I tried bringing on another person in the Houston area but the hiring manager in charge at the time was terrible at communicating. The person that was to interview got tired of her lack of hiring experience and chose not to go with Regus. That same manager was later demoted for similar issues that were reported.
