Interview
It was a decent interview. They asked several behavioral questions and wanted me to explain a few experiences from my resume. I thought it went well, however, I did not hear back.
Applied for the position online. About a month later, got an email requesting a phone screening. Talked to a recruiter quickly about the position and we set up a time to have an in person interview later that week. The interview was long as I met with multiple people on the team. I was told I would hear back within a week. After not hearing from anyone after three weeks I reached out to a recruiter in the HR department to follow up. It has now been an additional three weeks after the follow up and I have not heard from the recruiter. Extremely unprofessional way of conducting business. I wouldn't waste your time interviewing with a company that doesn't even have the decency to reply to candidates.

Interview
Applied on LinkedIn, had a phone screening within one week or so. Got on to the first round interview the following week and met with three people including the reporting managers. Received confirmation for final interview which I had two weeks later to meet with the Head of HR and Head of Talent on the same day. One week went by and I didn't hear anything. The following week, now week five I was offered a position.
