Reliance Matrix Analyst interview questions

A few rounds of interviews/average process. What didn't make sense was the affirmations from all involved in the interview process such as "you are exactly what we are looking for"; Resulting in a rejection weeks later saying "they had a few internals". They even sent the holiday schedule and benefits package before the final interview. At the end of one of the interviews, the person mentioned having to review 300 more resumes before they can move on to the next interview stage. Wasting time and lying- not very "Compassionate" of them (thats one of Reliance Matrix's values).
