Worst interview process ever - just like I read over and over again here. Stay away from this company if you don't want to waste your time.
I went through 5 interviews, including the final stage (bar raiser) over 2.5 months (!), only to receive an automatic rejection email after being ghosted for a whole month and following up again and again.
They were so disorganized during the whole process, I never knew what to expect after each interview - after the bar raiser which was supposed to be the last one, they asked all candidates to do a 5th interview with someone who didn't even know what to ask during the interview.
I can't believe it's an HR company that helps people get hired, because I've never had such an awful candidate experience with any other tech company. It's clear they treat their employees and their clients the same, and I will definitely stay away from them forever - I'm telling all of my network.
They'll respond to this comment like they always do -saying this is sad to hear, they'll take the feedback and improve. But I guess they can't improve, they're just so disorganized and messy.
