Renaissance Learning Customer Success Manager interview questions

I applied for a CSM role and talked to the recruiter, she then got back to me saying the HM was already deep in the process and didn't want to add more interviewees. Two weeks later the recruiter got back to me again saying they were opening it back up and that I could have a first call with a CSM/AM on the account. I thought the call went great then the recruiter told me they were going with someone specifically in that state's territory and that it wasn't a great fit. A week later I see it reposted again, ha. They need to get their process together.
