      Application

      I interviewed at Renaissance Learning

      Interview

I received an email 11 days after my application, giving me 24 hours to respond via email to screener questions (in place of a phone screen). I submitted within that time frame. Then, I was emailed on 4 separate occasions over the course of over 2 months, each time giving me an exact timeframe of when they should have updates and next steps. They broke every one of those promises. Then, after almost 3 months since my original application, they rejected me. I find it so incredibly disrespectful that they kept me on the line so long, continuously sending me emails that I'd have next steps (and soon) and then never upheld promises about when those next steps would be provided, and then just rejected my candidacy.
