Interview
Interviewing with Render was a breath of fresh air. Early on the first folks I interacted with espoused how important a no BS, no ego environment is. From what I could tell they deliver. Everyone I interacted with was organized, prepared, professional, and willing to communicate clearly. There's a distinct lack of euphemisms like "talent acquisition specialist".
Nobody at Render really talked a whole lot about diversity, instead they showed it. There weren't any l33tcode type questions or gotchas. The interview was straightforward and earnest as most interviews should be.
