RentSpree User Experience Research Associate interview questions

3 interviews total. Phone screen, 1 on 1 with who I would be working with closely, and a 1 on 1 with the founder, except that the third interview, which was scheduled as a 1 on 1, ended being a 3 on 1 with both founders and the previous person I had spoken with. Not a very nice surprise when you are prepared to talk with one person and three people appear in your Zoom call. Huge HR mess up. The interview was one of the most uncomfortable I've taken part in. No introductions, no general lead up questions into the formal part of the interview, just right into asking very direct standard interview questions. Again, this is all happening with two other people who weren't supposed to be on the call. I would described both founders as cold, robotic, and unwelcoming.
