First Interview: Walk through CV - done by an outsourced recruitment agency
Second Interview: Business Case Study and Motivational Questions - the case study was more used to assess your business acumen as opposed to test your numerical ability - I would suggest familiarising yourself with standard strategy frameworks; e.g. Ansoff Matrix, Parenting-fit matrix etc.

The process was quick, took about 2 weeks. Had an assessment centre which consisted of an aptitude test, group tasks and brief interview. Interview questions were based around my previous experience and why I am right for the job. Felt very comfortable to ask what I want.
