The interview process is relatively simple. Technical screen call, manager interview, partner interview, and HR interview. The First 2 interviews are important. You will likely get an offer if pass the first 2.

Design pattern, what is integration, system design, messaging system
tipicamente 3 colloqui:
1 con HR - molto lungo
2 con profilo tecnico per testare conoscenza - domande sia di logica che di teoria universitaria (consiglio ripassare la teoria)
3 con manager per valutare progetto.

Colloquio con le business unit interessate (domande di logica, esperienze maturate, ecc.).

Esercizio in pseudocodice per testare la capacità di problem solving.
Troppo semplice entrare. In pratica ti prendono a prescindere dal colloquio. Serve una laurea e basta. Poi dopo questo c'è un colloquio successivo pre assuntivo. Non ho altro da aggiungere
