Interview
Phone Screening, Writing Sample, Writing Test (creating a case study), Zoom Interview, Practical Exercise (creating a PowerPoint, getting feedback, incorporating feedback, presenting PowerPoint) then finally a zoom interview with a senior team member. Those with consulting backgrounds may not need to jump through as many hoops, but it was definitely a lengthy process.
- cold call with the HR, for cultural fit and soft skills
- interviw with a manger of the company you applied: attidunal questions and business case
- OPTIONAL: 2nd interview with a manger weather the first did not fit 100%
- Final interview with the partner, about yout background, what you will be bringing to the comany,....
