Premier entretien en visioconférence avec un manager de l’équipe. L’échange ressemblait davantage à une discussion informelle qu’à un interrogatoire structuré. Il s’agissait de mieux cerner mon parcours, mes intérêts et mes compétences, sans pression. L’ambiance était détendue et professionnelle.
