Just a 10 minute conversation with the recruiter. Very basic and not very formal. The recruiter acted as if it was a waste of time. The recruiter and GM were just going through the motions of an interview didn't seem interested in what i was saying.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Republic Services (King of Prussia, PA) in May 2024

I Had 3 interviews and I thought they went well but ultimately ended up being ghosted in the end no rejection email even after reaching back out to the recruiter
I interviewed at Republic Services (Grand Rapids, MI)
Interview
Interview with local level managers, business unit general manager, regional HR manager, and regional vice president. Total of three interviews spanning the course of approximately one month from begin to end.

How do you plan to gain buy in from direct reports and other subordinates to improve upon employee engagement.
Applied through Indeed and had a face-to-face meeting with three interviewers. The panel interview format allowed for engaging conversation with relevant people with different perspectives. Interviewers made me feel comfortable.
