Un Professional to the max. Did not have a copy of my resume and by me looking in I was not their type. African American with a Business Management Degree. They had the clear nerve to ask me if I had Graduate. What class.

Interview
I submitted my resume online. The first interview with Operations Manager and Maintenance Manager, to whomI would be working under and reporting to, went very well. They understood that with my technical backround in the automotive industry my learning curve in relation to the big truck systems would be relatively quick. What I bring to the table is the supervisory style that would enahnce the implementation of the communications changes needed to improve the maintanance department. The second interview with region fleet management change agent went well also. The process itself was very smooth,a couple phone calls and two trips out for interviews.
