Resmed Senior Director Engineering interview questions

I am a bit surprised that the recruitment team ghosts candidates even at this level. It has been 2 months since I interviewed and hiring manager did tell me that he is interested in doing further interviews. He even gave me an overview of who, what and how many further interviews will be there. I sent 3 followups on email but never heard back from recruiter. In my opinion this is very disrespectful. Reading all the reviews here I was really looking forward to go through the process and join them. Not sure where is the bottleneck at their end but just an acknowledgement to candidates that there will be delays (weeks/months) would be a good candidate experience. I understand it is employers market at the moment but showing respect doesn't cost anything. Hopefully I will hear back some day.
