I was originally contacted about the position after applying on their job site. The representative gave me a run down of the interview process including a 40 question test, to be completed in 60 minutes, on things like math, spatial reasoning and logic questions. After passing the test you will have a behavioral interview on a client like skype.
This was perhaps the strangest part, I was asked very basic questions like how you would deal with team members in various situations. This was then followed with more logic questions. Overall nothing in the technical interview had anything to do with my skills as a programmer or developer.
I was offered the position but declined due to the relocation required and the lack of rigor required in order to obtain the position. This appears to be a great company to work at if you are looking for training and you have very limited to no experience.
