One interview was a Leetcode easy problem using Java. Client interview was based on Java / Springboot stack with basic understanding of general systems / projects. The salaries offered are not always the best, but they are upfront about this from the beginning, not deceiving you in any way in my experience, so I don't consider them scam-like at all. I did the training and learned a lot coming out of college.
