I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Jul 2025
Interview
The interview consisted of three stages. First, it was a recording of yourself answering some questions based on your experience — second, there is a screen call with somebody from HR — and third, there is the final interview with the team leader. I got to the third stage but due to the fact that the Revolut website wasn't displaying properly, the team leader said we need to reschedule the interview. I agreed and booked another for another time slot. When I joined the call, I got very surprised that nobody joined the call with me. I then wrote an email to two different people from HR, but nobody got back to me. It was a waste of time and the fact that people won't pay attention to such details, for me, it says a lot about the company. While on the moment I was very disappointed, now I'm thinking it was for the best. I'm not saying to not apply, of course not. Just be mindful that it can happen, I guess.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Revolut (Ciudad de Mexico) in Jun 2026
Interview
The interview was brief, lasting about 10 minutes, but it was a pleasant and efficient experience. The recruiter started with a quick introduction to the company's culture and current expansion. After that, they moved directly into standard screening questions. The recruiter was very concise, did not ask many follow-up questions, and was highly attentive and open to answering any questions I had throughout the call.

The recruiter focused purely on the standard questions without diving into overly complex scenarios. They asked:
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. Do you have experience working with strict KPIs?
3. Tell me about a time you faced a difficult situation with a client and how you handled it.
4. What are your salary expectations?

Interview
They try to put the most pressure on you on the interviews, setting you up for a really hard time. It was not a friendly talk at all, and it was also really really long.

Interview
I don't understand their interview process. They select candidates who do not even have relevant experience to the profile but reject candidates who have the experience. So please give feedback next time when rejecting a candidate. And for candidates, it's better not to apply to this company
